How can I have my child's centre sign up for weekly classes?

We partner with amazing early learning centers throughout the Gold Coast to serve as an extra-curricular activity that helps supplement a centres curriculum. If your school isn't currently enrolled we would love to come and speak to your director and start Superstar Soccer classes!

Why am I not getting any information about my account or my child's participation?

Almost all of our communication is handled via e-mail if you are not receiving information about your child's participation or about your account and have double checked your junk folder please contact us on 0407 800 227 so we can make sure to get that taken care of!

WEEKLY PRESCHOOL CLASSES

Can I enroll at anytime?

Yes. Our programs run year round and our payments typically run bi-weekly. You may enroll at anytime and we will have your child playing in no time! The same policy is true for those schools in which we run seasonal class programs only.

Who is this "Starry" my child loves so much?

Starry is our amazing soccer ball each of our little soccer stars participate in class with. Throughout the class we take Starry on adventures, sing songs and play fun games all designed to improve your child's Soccer skills and get them moving all whilst having the best time possible! 

What are these stickers my child received for?

The main reason is a reward to our little soccer stars for doing their best and having a blast in class! If your kiddo is coming home with a sticker make sure to let them know just how proud you are and encourage them to talk about all the fun adventures we had with Starry! Its also a good little indication to you as parents that your little one participated in the fun!

What will my child be learning?

Often we are the first coach your little soccer stars will have! As a result we believe that above all else we need to provide a nurturing, safe and fun environment that allows all of our participants to get comfortable with this new experience in the way that is most comfortable for them. With our coaching philosophy that focuses on learning Soccer foundations such as dribbling, passing and shooting along with balance, coordination and some cool moves through fun and laughter, we have a goal of developing Brave & Creative Leaders for Life! We hope your kiddo leaves each session with a smile on their face and a sense of accomplishment that results from the success he saw in class! 

Where are Superstar Soccer Classes held and what time are they?

Each of our partner schools is different and in each setting we find the most ideal setting in which to hold our weekly classes along with the Director. In most of our schools we hold our sessions outdoors but aim to have a space with shelter or indoors in the event of inclement weather. For those schools in which we can't run class indoor we will re-schedule the session and notify all parents via e-mail. Please see our poster in your child's centre for it's personal running schedule.

How can I find out how my child is doing?

Most of our partner centres will send out newsletters via e-mail, but due to the convenience we provide by offering our program at school while our parents are off at work is that we aren't given the ability to discuss how each child is doing in class individually. We love hearing from parents so anytime you would like an update please reach out to us! E-mail us at info@SuperstarSoccer.com.au

What do I need to do to withdraw?

Because we staff and schedule our sessions based on participation levels we require a 14-day written e-mail notice to withdraw and this can be submitted to Info@SuperstarSoccer.com.au Once received your final invoice will be sent out. Any unused sessions can be refunded due to medical reasons or any other reason deemed reasonable by the Superstar Soccer Administrative staff. Refunds will incur an Administration fee, the equivalent of 2 weeks worth of participation fees in the event written notice is not given, and any free merchandise received for paying up front will be deducted from the total refund prior to it being sent. Please note refunds can take up to 14 business days to be issued. 

What if we need to take an extended break?

Many of our children go on holiday for extended periods of time, or know that they wont be at school. Simply send us an e-mail in advance to tell us when you will be gone and we will adjust your account to reflect the missed weeks. You only pay when your child plays! AFTER SCHOOLS/WEEKEND PROGRAMS

How do you build the groups?

Enrollment for the programs is open to all children ages 2-10 years old. After determining the age appropriate program in which the children registered for, we build groups based first off of ability. If possible we will try to cater to any special requests such as friendships which can be sent by email. Our aim is to make sure we build groups in a way that ensures the best and most comfortable experience for our little soccer stars. 

What do you do about missed sessions?

If your child intends to miss a session of after schools/weekend program a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given by telephone or email. In the event of this happening a maximum of 2 make-up sessions can be applied to your account for future use per school term. No credits will be deducted from your child's Superstar Soccer account and the make-up session can be played during the current block of sessions or rolled over onto the next running block. Make-up sessions and sessions missed due to illness can be made up by attending one of our other sessions with 24 hours notice to our administrative staff.

What are these stars my child received for?

The stars your child receives are cool iron on patches! The main reason is a reward to our soccer stars for doing their best and having a blast in class! If your kid is coming home with a star we encourage you to iron it onto their soccer uniform and make sure to let them know just how proud you are and encourage them to talk about all the awesome soccer moves we did that day! 

BILLING

How can I make a payment?

We accept many forms of payment including direct debit, bulk buying sessions online and instant credit card payments. With all payments please make sure to quote your child's name and centre or account number so the payment can easily be applied. Our most popular payment method is bi-weekly direct debit and you can sign up for this whilst registering on the application form. If you require another form of payment please contact us on 0407 800 227. Please note cash is not currently an acceptable payment method that we accept.

What is your cancellation policy?

After Schools/Weekend Program - 100% refund can be given if written notice is received 14 days prior to the first scheduled session of the block to Info@SuperstarSoccer.com.au Once the first day of the after schools/weekend program has begun any cancellations must have a 14 day notice and will incur an Administration fee, the equivalent of 2 weeks worth of participation fees in the event written notice is not given, and discounts received for paying up front will be deducted from the total refund prior to it being sent. Please note refunds can take up to 14 business days to be issued.
